At Mr Mugs, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-printed products that meet your expectations. Each order is made especially for you — which means returns and refunds are limited to certain conditions. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom Orders
All our products are custom-made to your specifications. Once an artwork proof or sample has been approved by the client, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for the following reasons:

Incorrect artwork supplied by the client

Incorrect spelling, colours, or design elements that were approved before printing

Changes requested after production has started
Please ensure that all artwork, text, and colour selections are correct before giving final approval.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing [your email address] with photos of the defect.
We will assess the issue and, if applicable, replace the item or offer a partial refund.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before artwork approval and production begins.
Once printing has started, cancellations will not be accepted, and full payment will be required.
4. Colour Variations
Please note that colour variations may occur between your digital proof and the final printed product due to screen and print differences. These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.
5. Returns Procedure
If your order qualifies for a return or replacement:

Provide your order number, photos, and a brief explanation.

Once approved, items must be returned in their original packaging.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Custom-printed items approved by the client
